Panalora is a brand monitoring and analysis service provided by Artul Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Panalora service (the "Service") operated by Artul Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. By registering for or using the Service, you accept these terms.
A. Acceptance of Terms
Every user who accesses the Service accepts these terms on their own behalf or on behalf of the business/organization they represent. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.
B. Authorized Business Use
Panalora is a business-to-business (B2B) social media monitoring and analysis service. You may use the Service only on behalf of a business/organization you are legally authorized to represent, and only for legitimate business purposes.
C. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must contact the Service if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
D. Lawful Use
You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of use of the third-party social media platforms you connect to.
E. No Misuse of Provider APIs
Panalora accesses social media providers' data only through the relevant provider's official APIs and the access scope it has approved; scraping or unauthorized access methods are not used. Users likewise may not use the Service in a way that would violate connected providers' terms of use — for example, to exceed provider rate limits or to pursue unauthorized data access.
F. No Misuse of Credentials
Social media account connections (access keys) you connect through the Service are used only on your behalf and within the scope you have authorized. Attempting to use these connections for any other purpose, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to others' account connections, is prohibited.
G. Dependence on Third-Party Platforms
Some features of the Service depend on the availability of official APIs from third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube. If these platforms restrict, change, or discontinue API access, the relevant features may be affected or become unavailable; Panalora cannot be held responsible for such third-party disruptions.
H. Changes to the Service
The Service may update its features, plans, and these terms from time to time. Reasonable notice will be attempted for material changes.
I. Intellectual Property
The software and design of the Service belong to Artul Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, which provides this service under the Panalora brand. Users retain their own rights to the configuration data they enter into the Service (such as keywords and settings).
J. User-Provided Content/Configuration
Your monitoring terms, company settings, and similar configuration data belong to you; this data is used only for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
K. Automated/AI-Assisted Analysis
The Service produces automated and AI-assisted analyses (such as sentiment, relevance, and summaries) on collected content. These analyses are for informational purposes; no guarantee of definitive/final accuracy is given.
L. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Using the Service for an unlawful purpose
- Violating connected providers' terms of use
- Attempting to compromise the security of the Service
- Using others' account information or connections without authorization
- Using the Service for a purpose it is not explicitly intended for (e.g., arbitrary surveillance of third parties)
M. Suspension and Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; see the Data Deletion page for the related data deletion process.
N. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Data Availability
The Service relies on data provided by third-party social media platforms. Panalora makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of this data.
