Brand Monitoring
Brand monitoring is the process of systematically tracking where, when, and how your brand or products are mentioned on social media and the web. Panalora automates this tracking across X, Instagram, YouTube, and web sources; it evaluates every piece of collected content with AI to separate what's genuinely relevant to your brand from the noise.
What is Panalora?
Panalora is a brand monitoring and competitive intelligence platform that lets brands track their social media and web visibility from a single dashboard. It combines keyword-based collection, AI-powered analysis, and notification rules.
What is brand monitoring?
Brand monitoring (also called brand tracking) is the process of noticing content related to your brand -- mentions, comments, news, posts -- by checking regularly at set intervals. The goal is to see what's being said about your brand without missing it, and to be able to respond quickly when needed. This is the first step to understanding your brand's online reputation and visibility.
Which sources can Panalora monitor?
- X: keyword and conversation tracking
- Instagram: mention, comment, and supported hashtag tracking
- YouTube: keyword, channel, and comment tracking
- Web: news and web monitoring via Google Alerts/RSS, shared web source discovery, and optional paid external search
Facebook is supported through connected Page management; general keyword search is not supported due to Meta's official API restrictions.
What happens with the content that's found?
All content collected from different sources comes together in a single dashboard. Every item is listed with its platform, date, and source, so you can track where and what is being said about your brand from one screen.
What role does AI play here?
Every piece of collected content is evaluated by AI: relevance score deprioritizes results that aren't genuinely related to your brand, sentiment analysis determines whether content is positive, negative, or neutral, and summary extraction condenses long content into short, quickly reviewable summaries.
How is sentiment analysis used?
Every piece of content is classified by AI as positive, negative, or neutral. This lets you see how the overall perception of your brand changes over time, and which platform tends to have more positive or negative conversations.
How do web and social media data come together?
Panalora's Media Tracking feature brings together content collected from news sites and web sources with social media results from X, Instagram, and YouTube in the same dashboard. This means you don't need to search separately across different source types for content about your brand.
How does this relate to competitive analysis?
While brand monitoring focuses on your own brand's visibility, competitive analysis presents the same data compared against the competitors you define. For a deeper comparative analysis of collected social media data, see the social media analysis page as well.
Who is this useful for?
Brand monitoring is useful for marketing teams, brand managers, PR and communications teams, and anyone who wants to regularly track what's being said about their brand.
What are Panalora's real scope limits?
General keyword search is not possible on Facebook; only connected Page management is supported. LinkedIn and TikTok are not currently supported. Web monitoring is limited to a defined source catalog -- it is not a scan covering the entire internet.
